About Us

We're Hands of Serenity Health and Wellness Studio LLC and we've been in business since 2013. I have been a health coach since 2016 and a local life coach since 2019. We specialize in energy healing, life coaching, health coaching as well as sound healing using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and instrumental tools. We offer group and customized individual sessions. We started this practice to help our community commit to a personal lifestyle change by taking simple steps towards self care and self awareness in these chaotic and uncertain times. We're looking forward to growing and expanding our practice to continue to serve Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas. April selected specific tuning forks and placed them on pressure points to send vibrations throughout my body! I could feel them traveling through up my arms and down my legs!
