At Hands of Serenity Health and Wellness Studio LLC, we've been dedicated to enhancing well-being in Fort Wayne since 2013. With expertise in energy healing, life coaching, and health coaching, our passion is to inspire personal growth and mindfulness. Since 2019, we've also offered life coaching, guiding individuals on their journey to self-awareness and tranquility. Experience our unique sound healing sessions utilizing crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and instrumental tools, available in both group and personalized formats. I have been to see April two different times now. I went to her with no expectations, an open mind, interest to learn and willingness to see what it could do for me. I have never been to someone that does anything like this before. It was all completely new to me. I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but with having no expectations going in, I was extremely pleased with the results. April is so wonderful at being present with you. These sessions are all about you and what you want. Of course, this is what I experienced and your session maybe different. Before I went to see April, my body & emotions were strung so tight, that I jumped at every little sound or touch. Even if I was expecting it. Again, I went in with an open mind just to "see" if this was real. I figured that at the worst, I have some time to myself without anything else going on. Like most people, seeing (or in this case feeling) is believing. After my first Sound Bath, I felt so relaxed. I didn't feel as "tight" in my body. April talks you through every step. I felt so relaxed that I didn't want to get out of the chair. My second session with April was even better. I had a Sound Bath to start, because I felt to well after the first one, and then she added her tuning forks. Again, I never had tuning forks done on me so I kept an open mind and went with it. I went into the massage room & table, and of course, she walked me through everything. It was an interesting experience to feel my energy flowing around me through the sound & vibrations of the forks. I felt some tingling but not always. April wanted to know everything that was going on within me so she could adjust her way for me. I started on my back and then turned to my front face down. I was so relaxed by the end of it, I didn't want to get up. I actually fell into a light sleep during the session. I felt so good after it, I scheduled another tuning fork session. I recommend keeping an open mind and going in there with no expectations. It doesn't hurt at all and the worse thing is, you have time for yourself.
